The White Lagoon Resort is located on an exotic peninsula jutting out into the sea between the town of Balchik and the town of Kavarna, on the very Black Sea coast. The resort includes two beaches /north and south/, and a mineral spring with a water temperature of 32℃ and healing mud. The sea water is turquoise blue and clear, hence the name of the resort.
The plot is 6651 sq.m. and has all communications - asphalt road, electricity, water supply and sewerage. The total built-up area of the property is over 8000m2. Near the plot there is a captured mineral spring.
