    We present to you the five - storey super luxurious residential - hotel complex Stella Polaris 1 on the Bulgarian seaside, in the resort of Sunny Beach . It is situated on a surface of 1 476 sq metres , in the southern part of the resort , opposite the rest station of the Council of Ministers , less than 200 metres away from the beach .
